CHARTERED BUILDING SURVEYOR -

LEEDS OR HUDDERSFIELD

We are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor – ideally with 1-2 years PQE. We are a dedicated Building Surveying Practice working across many sectors including, retail, commercial, industrial and residential for local and national clients.

The right candidate will be Chartered, to have strong AutoCAD/Revit skills and from a strong professional background. You must have experience of Contract Administration, Dilapidations and Party Wall matters.

Basic package will be £25,000 plus benefits and bonus.

EXPERIENCED REVIT TECHNICIAN -

HUDDERSFIELD OR LEEDS

We have a requirement for a technician with experience of AUTOdesk Revit. We are a dedicated Building Surveying Practice working across many sectors including commercial, industrial and residential for local and national clients. Our projects are exciting and fast moving; working predominantly for high street retailers.

The right candidate will have a good sense of humour and relish a challenge.

Salary will depend on experience.
